Alex is a Partner with the Firm.  His primary practice areas include general business and corporate, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate and estate planning. Mr. Parker graduated Magna Cum Laude  from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.B.A. in Business Administration, and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor societies.  He received his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 1996, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal.

PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:

Alex has successfully managed client projects from inception to completion in a wide variety of practice areas including: intellectual property, technology transfers, entity formation and business startups, commercial and residential real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, wills and estate plans.  Alex has extensive experience representing a diverse range of clients, from high net worth individuals, emerging technology ventures, entertainment firms, as well as established commercial ventures.
